The 4th and 5th of December 2025 will remain landmark days for Castel Malawi. Our annual Commercial Conference was an insightful, engaging, and enlightening success, bringing together over 175 participants, comprising our cross-departmental employees and valued distributors.
United under the theme “The Power of Persistence,” the conference was designed to recognize the significant challenges we overcame in 2025 and collaboratively map a robust, forward-looking strategy for 2026.
Key Highlights
Collaborative Strategy:
Participants were grouped under our core brand names, engaging in intensive sessions that included SWOT analysis on key topics. This structure yielded tremendous insights and led to the development of actionable recommendation plans fueled by innovation and creativity from all levels.
Networking & Unity:
The two days were complemented by effective networking sessions, including a formal dinner and energizing team-building games, reinforcing the strong partnership between the company and its distributors.
A key highlight was the address by the Managing Director and Sales & Marketing Director. Their powerful remarks emphasized the critical need for unity, collaboration, and solution-based thinking, effectively rejecting a complaining or defeated mentality.

We proudly recognized our top performing employees from the Sales and Marketing departments, as well as our outstanding distributors, for their dedication and relentless drive.
