Castel Malawi officially entered a defining milestone marking 10 years since the group established its presence in the country in 2016. To Commemorate a decade of growth, resilience and market leadership the company unveils its 2026 flagship campaign “You Come First’’.
The campaign is a strategic pivot from traditional corporate celebrations, moving the spotlight away from the boardroom and placing it firmly on the employees, partners, and consumers who have served as the backbone of the company’s success over the last ten years.
A central feature of the anniversary year captured in the campaign is the reflective series covering 10 lessons from 10 years across departments.
These are lessons learned through resilience, innovation, teamwork and an unwavering commitment to quality, integrity and community impact. Each lesson tells a story of growth, adaptation and shared purpose.
